After you placed your order it will take me 5 - 10 business days to print & prepare them, then I will bring them to the post office.

Please be aware that shipping costs are not included in the price.

All orders will be sent priority with tracking number & insurance (Standard)

Once sent off at the post office you'll receive an email with your tracking number. 
From then on until you receive the package it will take approx. :

AUSTRIA 1-3 business days

EUROPE 4-7 business days

WORLDWIDE 10-21 business days

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country. 

I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As a small business it can be tricky to deal with returns and exchanges.

Please select your size well (see "Fitting" Page and size chart) or contact me before purchase in case of any doubt.

If, after all you receive the product and it doesn’t fulfil your expectations, get in touch with me and together we’ll find a way to exchange.

I can not accept total refunds or returns.

If you want to request a cancellation of your order, it needs to be before the item has been dispatched.

Custom or personalized orders as well as sales items can not be returned, nor exchanged.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Nevertheless, if there we agreed on a return, buyers are responsible for return postage cost

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
